WHAT DO YOU CHARGE?
My prices do vary depending on the type of shoot you have. Please visit my Services pages or download my brochures (Family & Branding) to see the full details.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?
Locally I cover the following areas - New Malden, Kingston, Surbiton, Wimbledon, Richmond, Teddington, Hampton Court, Esher, Worcester Park, Sutton, Cheam, Epsom. However, I will travel to some other parts of London and Surrey so if you are not sure, please do get in touch.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY TODDLER THROWS A TANTRUM?
Don’t worry if you feel your children aren’t performing for the camera, it’s my job to make them feel comfortable enough for them to play and I’ll capture those lovely in between moments. That’s part of the reason why I allow two hours for a shoot, I will not rush you.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
After the shoot, please allow two weeks for the edit to be finished and your photos to be ready to be viewed on your online gallery. The gallery will then be open for a further two weeks to make your purchases or choices. All orders can be made directly through the gallery and I will detail how at the time. Once I have approved the order and payment has been made, digital images will immediately be available to download to your email. Prints and other products, should then arrive within approximately 2-4 working days. The slideshow that I will you send you will be available to view for a few months.
HOW DO I BOOK A SHOOT?

DO YOU HAVE A BOOKING SYSTEM?
Yes, I use an online booking system so once we have secured the date I will then send you a link to a questionnaire, contract and quote. By answering the questionnaire, it not only gives me the correct details for the shoot but also a bit more family/personal info that will allow me to get the most out of the shoot for you. The contract just covers a few standard points, nothing scary I promise. The quote confirms the shoot fee and provides the bank details. Further shoot info/tips will then follow 7 days before the shoot.
I’M REALLY NERVOUS IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA, HELP?
First of all, don’t worry! As you will have guessed by now, I am not a big fan of the studio, posed look so I don’t ask you to get into any uncomfortable positions or do anything you don’t want to do. My shoots are very relaxed and it is my job to make you feel at ease and distract you into having a good time :-) I promise you, all grown ups will start the session fairly nervous but by the end they will be enjoying themselves.
If you are having a family shoot, I will be concentrating on following the children around anyway so don’t worry. Just remember why you are getting these photos, whether it’s to create some memories and capture this time in your life or to showcase your products and services or to help market your business and show your clients the real you.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM SPEND?
If you are booking a Family shoot the minimum cost is the price of my first collection Ivy, which is £350. This is payable upon booking and I believe this fairly covers me for both the shoot and the editing time. The majority of my time is actually spent editing your photos into beautiful images. The editing time is quite often 3 or 4 times the shoot time so I do need to charge fairly for my time.
